Illusion Conquer is a Classic server built off a heavily edited 3.0 client running on patch 7916 to benefit from the major changes and optimization done to the client after TQ made the 3.0 expansion. The server is 100 classic though, it only has Trojan, Warrior, Taoist and archer with no BP, no talismans, no steeds, no souls, no chi, no jiang or any of that newer stuff.
The best way to explain the server is that it is a remastered 5065-5095 server. it is entirely focused on being classic with retail 5065 being the reference. Max level is 137, No Cps or any of that newer stuff. Imagine 5065-5071 Conquer online but with a massive gain in quality, would be like comparing a 720p screen to a 4k screen.
Many hours/days/weeks were soaked into the client to give that updated/enhanced High-Definition feel while still keeping things like the classic UI/HUD. I could go on all day but to truly understand the idea you would need to give it a try. The main focus is Classic with personal customization being the sub-focus to make each player feel nostalgia and have their own unique experience.
