Animal U, pretend institute of higher learning for animals and other creatures, broke virtual ground, just outside the bustling, fantasy city of Petropolis in 2008. AUs motto Furry tas, may give some of you a clue to our purpose. Animal U is a free, family-friendly site, mostly focused around roleplay. While the theme of the site is animal college, users are invited to explore other themes, such as wolf packs, horse ranches, or even their own fantasy storylines. Users can also level up and compete to become Big Animal on Campus- a title given only to those who have earned their pet degree and reached level 161.
