edgville is 1v1, and the levels work.(a level 126 in level 1 wild can only attack a level 126 or 125. and so on )
varrock is teaming.
And Mage bank is basically a free for all. :]
PKing rules are basically like Runescape rules.
call them before the fight and what not.
also, Money isn't the easiest to get, but i can tell you this, The more you risk, the better you'll be.
