.: About Sanctus Mod :.
The Sanctus Mod is a Diablo II Version where everything is a bit larger. We want to change or remove everything out of the 'Blizzard Patches' what reduces the fun of the game.
And there are a lot of aspects. We want to realise for example that every character has about the same power. Therefore we decided to edit old and uninteresting Skills. So a lot of new interesting builds are possible.
Additionally some areas of the old Diablo II were new designed: Some new monster classes and Super Uniques shall make sure that forgotten areas will be visited by the players.
Of course like in other Modifications are in the Sanctus Mod many many new and edited items. Many items can be found much easier than in Vanilla, but there are still some old and many new items for collectors where you need many time and condition to find them.
There are of course a lot of more things we changed. But it’s hard to make a summary of all the features belonging to the Sanctus Mod.
All in one is the Sanctus Mod a pretty easy to play but nonetheless a really diverting modification with a manageable feature content which are still interesting.
