We will start by telling you what we are not.................
We're not a clan who wants only the best players out there or the highest ranked, or the best achievements etc, you don't have to have a minimum score and we don't check your stats to see if we want you, and you don't have to turn up on certain days or else !
you don't have to have any knowledge at all about tactics or clans or anything else for that matter we have the knowledge here and will share it with you.
we don't consider ourselves any better than anyone else and don't treat new members as if they are below us, i'm sure most people will have heard about such clans and we aim to be different, as we've been there and seen it and didn't like it.
What we are..............
We are a group of like minded people who enjoy playing in a clan with the other members, we all get to know each other and any problems are sorted out asap.
when playing matches we work together using teamspeak to talk to each other and it makes no difference if you have been a member for ever or joined 20 minutes ago once your a part of the =1337-Elite= your a member and have the same voice we all have.
There's none of this "you've only been here 5 mins so shut up !" rubbish.
we share our knowledge here with all members there are no secrets here at all, if one member knows it they can all know it.
we are a new clan made up of members who feel the same way and as people join us they will help us to grow with their input and ideas which will always be welcome.
you will never get shouted at or ignored because you ask a n00bish question we all started there at some time and before long its you giving people the answer, and if you know more than us ? well thats o.k. too, we'll be asking you the questions lol
