SQ is a long standing (7 years) relaxed RP shard. It is hosted at a datacenter (professional hosting) with a backup power supply.. to ensure we stay online.
Help Required?:
We have counsellors and experienced players to help with queries you may have. Plus the forum and IRC. SQ is unique in how it works. When saying you've never played UO like this before.. it's not a gimmick, it's actually true. Give it time and you will get hooked as so many have before you.
The Map:
The map is totally custom, and an extra one is in development.
Freeform play:
Your character can learn almost everything to the maximum level.. and a specialisation system ensures you can make your character a valued addition. The only thing that limit's you is your roleplaying (ie. how you want your character to be).
Friendly players:
Our playerbase is made up of friends and family, who are always willing to help each other out. We hope you will join us as such.
Unique character rewards:
As in a real roleplaying game, you can get abilities and skills to match your players requirement's. An example of this is faster looting, or maybe you want your humuc to have the ability to refresh you?. There are many more, such as spell resistances etc.
