No shard is the exact same as old XUO and none will ever be. It's in the past and times have changed, people have changed. Noir Genre was the closest to XUO PvP than any other shard, so no, it wasn't the exact same but it was the closest one to come to it and very similar.
0.48e is the exact same as 0.51a and that's not an opinion, it's a fact.

Warmachine as everyone has told you before you need to find a host and a good website maker/designer (well a decent one anyways) prive home ran shards dont succeed no more it need to be great looking
