No i'm not Fallout and I don't speak for him... I doubt he will post here anytime, if at all.

Why do you think my shard closed? ;) It lagged like hell because I was using an even older version (well, was the most recent at the time) of LiL and lagged when over 40 people off and on. You can't get rid of the error messages especially since Fallout stopped working on LiL. Even if he was going to work on it though, it's the engine itself and the only thing possible would be a work around (aka patch) and I don't think it would be easy or even do-able. Although if it was do-able, it would take even more resources and strain to run the program.

51a is a dead road and you just got to work with what you got...

But you could always try a Client Cap of 100 or the number before it gets laggy.

How is the abyss doing it? I think they have a client made encrypted with 1.26.4b running along with a dll....that makes loading injection impossible....anyone know how to do that?

Its a simple fix for the one who has the source code. This is fixed on RunUO can you contact fallout somehow Bronx? this is a rather easy fix for him.
Or if he could release the source and i will fix someone who can fix this problem.

The Abyss uses their own hexxed Sphere with a patch(DLL) and also hexxed Client with a patch(DLL). Much less strain for Sphere because both sides are fixed up.

You could do it the same way Fallout made LiL. Make the client load a patch(DLL).

Of course its fixed on RunUO, RunUO is a completely different engine. It's even fixed on 55i and POL, etc. It's not an easy fix because the errors don't have to do with the LiL patch. I believe it has to do with targetting system engine inside Sphere 51a. (Notice: SRC.TARGET command is broken in 51a but works in 48e.) If you don't use LiL you will still get the errors. It's in the Sphere 51a and only way, would be to edit 51a itself or a patch that just ignores the errors or re-do the whole targetting system, you would also have to edit the Client more then likely.

You could try, maybe it is easier to fix than I think but I don't think it will be.

I can't contact Fallout because I no longer use ICQ and haven't spoken with him since he stopped working on LiL...

And also:

Please do share, this is a help forum and it's only helpful if you share and not just take, take, take.

I've got the messages when running a regular client by myself on regular Sphere 51a. How certain are you it's from Injection. Maybe we're talking about different error's here.

Ryan, are you talking about: http://fxd.nm.ru/updates/lil_17.08_v1rc2.zip? Or another version and if so, why isn't it posted in the LiL topic. Because that one was the one I used on mine and i'm sure it's the one jonhix is using because it's posted in the LiL topic. That version was editted by OxD and is much smaller than v1rc1.

The date on it is August 17th, 2005 and is the latest official one released by Fallout. If the link doesn't work for you, try again after a couple of minutes.
