any know how can i do a "cut body restric" depend of region?

Many ways to do it. Not a place for requesting scripts as the description for this forum says. Post what you got and ask for help with it and you'll get it.
Hints: You can do it by either putting a script on every weapon/item that cuts corpses or you can put it in a plot trigger.
