Just wanted to pass an FYI on a Ragnarok server forcing its players to vote. they do this at the least twice a day by making everyone stop what they are doing and make them all sit in one spot like babies. even telling them all to shut up. they've also went as far as telling people if they do not vote, they will not recieve certain items or events.
