No vote option.....

Hi all, im new and i decided to join the forus because i need help......

I play wickeddro and we have the button working and everything but when i click on the button to go vote the internet goes right to the main page of the xtremetop100 but when im on m cousins cpu it goes to the page that gives me the option to vote...help plz
